Is your workshop open?
Our Hassocks workshop has now re-opened on limited hours. Please do not just turn up - contact us for an appointment. Thank you.
Will your workshop be safe to visit?
Our workshop is a large airy space with good ventilation. Please note it is not a retail shop.
We will ensuring that the following are in place:
cleaning of all touch surfaces before and after appointments.
appointment only with maximum 3 people attending.
social distancing at meetings - we have long tables!
What steps are your delivery team taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
Whilst we’ve always been dedicated to being clean and tidy, we are doing all we can to ensure even higher standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Any team member with symptoms of COVID-19 – or staff who live in a household with someone with symptoms, will be asked not to come into work for 14 days.
We are making the delivery of all products contactless.
We will continue to follow guidelines and not break the social distancing guidelines so would ask you do the same please to protect our team.
What happens if I need to re-arrange my wedding date?
If you need to re-arrange your date, just call or write to us to discuss alternative dates or to let us know as soon as possible. We will transfer your reservation fee to your new mutually agreed date with no additional admin charges.
