It's traditional to provide buttonholes (flowers that are worn on a lapel) to your parents, step-parents, and grandparents.

Your Best man or Woman will also need one to show they are part of the Bridal group! Groomsmen or Ushers also need to be singled out as important.

Close family members may also expect a buttonhole to be provided, i.e. Sisters, Brothers, and close friends who may be reading for you at the Ceremony.

If you have witnesses, a registrar, or Celebrant it's a polite gesture to provide small buttonholes for them too.

You can check out prices on our website here

Then it's up to you who else - it could be everyone... or not, it's your choice.

Another tradition that sometimes gets overlooked, are gifts for people who are significant to you or have contributed to your wedding. "Thank you" bouquets are a lovely part of the reception speeches and acknowledge not just physical help with the wedding but being a big part of your lives which are now changing, as you both get married.

We provide "Thank You" bouquets to match your wedding flowers, at a wide range of prices.

Flowers are also provided for Bridesmaids, Flower Girls, or Guys to hold or wear.

Finally, you may also want to give your Guests some lovely fresh rose petal confetti to throw!

We can provide either a large box of fresh petals to scatter down the aisle or individual organza bags of real petals - they are scented and soft and completely bio-degradable, an essential at most venues.

Your aisle is obviously a star feature to decorate - whether in a Church, Stately home, or Village Hall an aisle will be there or created for you to walk down.

Decorate the aisle chairs with pretty mixtures of flowers - these can be simple bunches or more elaborate designs, and there are lots of choices and ideas. Check out our Pinterest link here

If you fancy a grander design ask us to create a "Meadow walkway" - this is essentially base flowers to sit at the bottom of the pews or chairs so that you feel like you are walking through a meadow - super romantic!

Whether you are on a tight budget or have a larger event in mind, it's good to know the essential places you will be looking to decorate.

With that in mind here are our Wedding Flower Checklists -it's free to save and refer to.

Your venue may have unique and special features, vital to your photos that

need florals but this will give you a starting point.
